  • How long does it take for a custom piece to be delivered?
    Having a custom piece takes good time to ensure it is up to the highest of the expectations. Pieces as the ones we currently have on the website should be delivered within 2 months after confirmation of payment.
  • Do I have to provide full payment upfront?
    Custom pieces requiere half payment of the invoice before production starts. The second half and delivery cost is due upon delivery. Completed pieces in the showrooms or store requieres full front on payment.
  • Whats your delivery area?
    We currently deliver accross Ontario, and are working on extending our reach! If you still want one of our unique pieces, please contact us at info@j94design.com
  • How do returns work if I paid with Paybright?
    Purchases made using PayBright financing are subject to J94 Design ter policy . Any returns will be processed by J94 Design, and your PayBright loan balance will be reduced or cancelled accordingly. If you have already made monthly payments, those will be refunded to you by PayBright.
  • How do I use Paybright Financing with J94 Design & Custom work?
    Once you apply and qualify for Paybright, you’re able to use Paybright visiting our shop or online. To apply, click here.
  • What if I’m at the store but don’t have a smartphone? Can I call Paybright to get approved?
    In order to get approved through Paybright while at our store, you will need a smart phone to complete the application process. At this time, there is no backup solution.
  • If I apply in store, can I make a purchase the same day?
    Yes, once you are approved, you will immediately get a Virtual Visa Card which you can use right away.
  • I don’t live close to a J94 Design and want to purchase a table or custom cabinets and have it shipped/installed to me. How would I do this?
    Simply apply for Paybright and once approved you will be sent a Virtual Visa Card. Ourteam will contact you to discuss the shipping / installation charges”. Once a member of our team confirms the cost and you want to proceed with the purchase they will take care of processing your order with your Virtual Visa.
  • Are there any penalties if I pay the financing off early?
    No, you can pay off the loan in full or make additional payments at any time without any penalty.
  • Can I use the Virtual Visa Card anywhere else?
    No, the Virtual Visa Card is good for use only with J94 Design 24 hours after approval. If the card expires you can call Paybright to have it reactivated up to 3 times.
  • How do I track my payments, change banking info, prepay with Paybright etc?
    You will be given a unique customer portal to do all of the above on Paybright’s website
  • Who can apply for Paybright financing?
    PayBright is available to Canadian residents above the age of majority, which is 18 or 19, depending on your province.
  • Are there any limits for purchases with Paybright?
    Paybright financing is available for orders between $500 and $15,000.
  • I was not able to complete my Paybright application? What happened?
    Unfortunately, PayBright is not able to provide payment plans to every applicant. This could be due to the information on your credit file, or because PayBright was not able to verify your identity or your payment method. For further information, please contact PayBright .
