Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

The health and safety of our customers and employees is our number one priority. We are following safety guidance as recommended by health authorities in the handling of your order. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your order. Due to safety measures and higher than usual volumes, our carriers are experiencing shipping delays. Please expect a longer than usual delivery time.

 

All packages will be delivered during normal business hours. To ensure a secure delivery, it is recommended that the shipping address indicated in the order be one where someone will be available to sign the proof of delivery. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Aylmer, Ontario.

Unclaimed, Stolen & Returned Packages

​

If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed by the customer, the customer must pay return shipping charges. We provide tracking numbers via email and/or via order status link on our homepage. It is the customers responsibility to track the package and be aware of its whereabouts. If a package is stolen from clients porch/apartment complex and client has not paid $5 signature required fee than the fault lies on client and we will not reimburse. It is the responsibility of the client to follow tracking numbers which are emailed prior to packages leaving our warehouse. If $5 fee was paid we will file a claim with shipper and re-ship products as soon as possible.

Changing a Delivery Address (Canada & USA)

​

Once an order has shipped, any change of address will be subject to a $70 fee plus applicable taxes. This is due to a minimum change of address fee charged by nearly all courier and freight companies. Billing information will also need to be re-verified if you are changing your delivery address.

Return & Exchange Policy

​

Our policy lasts 30 days. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods for an exchange or refund. Once confirmed, you have 30 days to ship the goods back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. We have the right to refuse a return if item has been used or damaged. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items discounted over 20% are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Refund Confirmation
​

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill.

Defective or Damaged Goods


If your item(s) is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your item(s) for an exchange. Please email us at info@j94design.com for instructions on how to proceed.
